  1. The Card Display popup shows a card.  At the top is the card's id. 
  2. Under the card's id is the author and year, with the title, type,
  3. publisher, publisher's city, and volume number.  Below this is the
  4. description.
  5.  
  6. Along the bottom of the popup are a pair of buttons:  Dismis and Help. 
  7. The Dismis button dismisses the popup and the Help button pops this text
  8. box up.
  9.
